We would rate Yury higher if I could. We did not want to build a custom home because we've heard so many bad things about the process, but Yury made this like a dream. The craftsmanship is amazing, his standards are way above the other companies that we talked to, and the quality is as well. He is easy going, professional, and he works with you all along they way. He really takes care and pride in his work. He told us that he doesn't build houses, he builds homes, and he absolutely proved that. He was so responsive to anything we wanted to change, and was more than willing to make those changes happen if it was possible. He is so meticulous that by the time we did our walk through there was really nothing for us to deal with. He's very honest and straight forward about the whole process. We were able to look in on the progress every day if we wanted to. People ask who built our home all the time because the finish work is so beautiful, what he considers his standard were add ons with other builders. We highly recommend him to anyone, he really goes above and beyond and he deserves it.

Kapitula Homes helped with a custom home build project. I feel that overall the general contractor did a great job and the detail work around the home is excellent. The pro even fixed all minor things found during our initial home inspection. In addition, we had an issue with the water heater and Mr. Kapitula came immediately to complete the repair work. The fact that he came personally to help speaks volumes about his character. Very nice person and extremely professional.
