Our History
With over two decades of construction experience in the Tri-Cities area Yury Kapitula established Kapitula Homes. We opened our doors in 2007 with the intent to be the best. Providing exceptional quality homes and construction services to the local area but we didn’t stop there. Our vision was to create a company that can redefineand evolve what homebuilding can be for a new generation of buyers.
